Return Policy
Belvedere's goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We will only accept unused, unworn, unaltered products in original packaging materials that are re-sellable. If the merchandise is not returned to us within 30 days, according to the above guidelines, it is considered a final sale.
All returns must be pre-authorized. An authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing us at Customerservice@belvedereshoes.com or by calling us toll free (844) 839-6058.
Place the original package into a shipping carton. DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original packaging. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. The authorization number must be CLEARLY marked on the packing slip, we will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us. Please include a copy of the packing slip stating if you want an exchange or refund.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Control department. Please note that any items altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for return. After a satisfactory examination of returned merchandise, a refund or exchange will be issued to the customer. NOTE that we cannot hold merchandise or guarantee availability of merchandise for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, we cannot hold the credit for future purchases and a refund will be issued.
FINAL SALE
All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, refund or exchanges.
REFUNDS
Credit card payments will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement after we have received your returned merchandise.
